Welcome and thanks for trying out Simply Connected!  
 
   Simply Connected! is an easy to use, compact utility for storing names, addresses, and
phone numbers for easy and quick retrieval.

   Any standard organizer is a good place to store information, but it's not good when it's
hidden behind several other applications or is clumsy to use.  Simply Connected! solves
these problems by being small (doesn't take up much space on your desktop) and easy to
find (it's always on top and ready to use).

Here is a quick run down of Simply Connected!'s controls ...


  the '?'    -- Opens an About box and shows information about obtaining the registered version.

  the 'X'    -- closes Simply Connected!

  the 'A'-'Z'-- pressing one of the letters brings up a list of all the
                    contacts you have who's last names begin with that particular 
                    letter so that you can view and/or change them. 

  the 'ADD'  -- Opens a screen which allows you to enter a new contact.  Tab moves 
                    forward through the entries and Shift-tab will move you backward.
                    Notice that the last name field is first...enter a person's last name
                    or the name of a business here.  In order for the program to sort
                    correctly this field must be filled in...press OK when you're ready
                    to save the entry or Cancel to forget it.

  the '<-->' -- This will flip the toolbar from one side of your screen to the
                    other...in case it's in your way!

  If you save a contact and later decide that you want to change it, just click on the
first letter of the contact's last name, select it from the list, make your changes,
and click OK... 

NEW FEATURES SINCE LAST RELEASE:
    Phone Dialler inside Contact screen ... Push the button that looks like
    a telephone.  Simply Connected will begin dialling the number you
    selected... Once you hear the modem stop dialling, pick up the phone
    and press talk.

To Do List
   The to do list is the button on the bottom left of the toolbar that looks
   like a finger with a string tied around it... 

The next version WILL have these options : (when it's done)...
      * Ability to print labels
      * Search options (by last name, first name, phone number, or address);
